Two companies, one passion
Johann Frey also started in agriculture and run a carriage company, which his son August expanded into a moving company. Back then, large moves across Germany were carried out with teams. His son Friedrich Clemens did an apprenticeship in a freight forwarding company and then worked in several companies before he took over his father’s moving company. Friedrich Clemens, also known as Fritz, expanded the moving company by including the areas of long-distance freight transport and bus transport. After serious damages during the Second World War, he successfully restored the company in the years after 1945.
Both entrepreneurs, Stefan Klein and Fritz Frey, decided in 2000 to combine the experience of these two major forwarding and logistics companies. This is how Frey & Klein Internationale Spedition GmbH was born. Together we have been able to expand our services in many fields. Nowadays, we are well-known as a modern moving and transport company which executes moves all around the globe. For our customers, we want to get better day by day. Of course, this is not possible without great employees, who contribute significantly to the success of our company. In this context, training and career (jobs) have always played a special role at Frey & Klein.
